These terms govern your use of omnioria.com and the products we link from it, including Loquive. By using the site or a linked product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Who we are

This site is operated by Omnioria (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U62013OD2026OPC055679), a company incorporated in India, with its registered office at C/O Sarada N, Old Chistian Peta Street, Hillpatna, Brahmapur Sadar, Ganjam, Odisha 760005, India ("Omnioria", "we", "us").

The site and the Journal

Articles published in the Journal are for general informational purposes and don't constitute professional advice. You may read and share them for personal, non-commercial use; you may not republish, redistribute, or reproduce substantial portions without our permission.

Loquive and other products

Loquive is distributed through Google Play and is additionally governed by Google Play's own terms. Loquive processes your voice on your device and does not upload it — see our Privacy page for details. Other products we link to (for example WritingTwinAI and OnwardSafe) are separate applications with their own terms, which apply when you use them.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access data or systems you're not authorized to access.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site or any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnioria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha, India.
